What should I expect in a Flow2Transform session?

Each session is tailored to your body, goals and energy that day. We’ll focus on breath, mobility, core strength, and mindful movement – with a calm, empowering vibe.

Do I need previous Pilates experience?

Not at all. I work with all levels – from complete beginners to experienced movers. Sessions adapt to where you are.

Where do sessions take place?

Currently:
• At your home (Victoria Park & surrounds)
• Outdoors (park/beach if weather allows)
• Or online via Zoom

What do I need to bring?

Just comfy clothes and an open mind. If it’s in-person, I bring the mat and basic props. For online, we can work with what you have.

How long are the sessions?

Each session is approx. 45 minutes, allowing time to move deeply, connect, and reset.
